Frequently asked questions

What families ask us most before choosing a home lift.

  • Which model is right for my home?

Levitex Plus is a practical hydraulic lift for double-storey homes. Levitex Signature has an enclosed cabin and suits bungalows and semi-Ds. Levitex Pro lets you customise the shaft, finishes and details for a modern bungalow. Levitex Max is a gantry design with a glass-led look for bungalows and villas. See the model comparison.

  • How much space does a home lift need?

The shaft and door sizes are set from measurements we take at your home, so the lift fits your space. Every model needs a shallow pit of 150 mm (350 mm for Levitex Max) and 3,000 mm of headroom at the top floor.

  • Do I need to build a lift shaft?

No. Every model comes with its own glass shaft, so no concrete shaft is needed. A version without the glass shaft is also available at a lower price.

  • How many floors can it serve?

Every model serves G+1 to G+3, which is up to four stops and up to 9,000 mm of travel.

  • What power supply does it need?

    A standard 220V, 50Hz single-phase supply, the same as a normal home.

  • What happens if there is a power cut?

Levitex Signature, Pro and Max have an automatic rescue device that brings the car level with a floor so nobody is stuck inside, and the cabin has emergency lighting. Levitex Plus has a manual lowering valve that brings the car down in an emergency or when the power is off.

  • Is it safe for children and older family members?

Yes. Doors only open when the car is at that floor, and the lift only moves with the doors closed and locked. A light curtain stops the doors closing on a person or object, and there is a one-touch emergency call. Our lifts carry certifications from TÜV SÜD, aligned with European standards.

  • What is included in the price?

Your quotation lists everything that is included for your home. Civil and electrical work, such as the pit and the power point, is not part of the lift price.

  • How long does it take?

Delivery is usually within 90 working days after we receive your deposit.

  • What warranty do I get?

The whole lift is under warranty for 1 year, including wear and tear. The drive unit and the control cabinet (except batteries and fans) are guaranteed for 10 years, with spare parts provided free of charge for quality problems. The warranty applies with normal use and regular maintenance.

  • What about maintenance?

A one-year comprehensive maintenance plan comes free with your lift. Our technicians carry out scheduled checks, and you get a private online page to follow your project, invoices and maintenance dates.

  • How do I get a quotation?

Send us your details below or on WhatsApp. We will arrange a site visit to measure your home, then send a quotation for the model you choose.
